“This July, pet sitter Melissa B. provided wonderful care of our terminally sick cat while we were out of town for over 2 weeks. On her twice daily visits she capably administered a myriad of medicines, as well as attended to the other needs of our ailing pet. Melissa went beyond our expectations by doing extras such as keeping detailed records of administration of medicine and of the condition of the cat, bringing a radio so that he could listen to music, searching for food that might be palatable to a cat who had lost most of his appetite yet not aggravate his condition, texting us regularly, and even sending us occasional photos of the little guy. On our return, it was clear that our cat had significantly benefited from Melissa’s expert treatment. Melissa came to us highly recommended by the North Carolina Veterinary School and she more than lived up to the recommendation. We are very grateful for her services!”

We can't say enough awesome things about Phoebe's Pampered Pets! We are so happy we found Melissa and her great team. We have an older JRT and a younger Amstaff with 2 very different personalities and they both love them! We use both their mid-day walk services and overnight pet sitting and it's a big relief to know they are in great care at home where they are comfortable in their own environment. Communication is great and they are super helpful answering questions. I 110% recommend them for your pet care needs.

Melissa, the owner of Phoebe's Pampered Pets, has been wonderful to work with. As a first time puppy owner, I was so anxious about leaving Rey at home by herself and was concerned that she wouldn't get timely potty breaks..... Lynn has been visiting and taking care of Rey since we got her. She always sends timely texts with updates and occasional pictures. It gives me peace of mind when at work to know she is receiving Lynn's loving care. Overall, this is a great small business. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend!

Melissa took excellent care of my 15 year old tonkinese cat and kitten. I cannot say enough good things about her and her company. She was very professional and had the most thorough form she filled out during the consultation. She is extremely conscientious and quickly developed rapport with both pets. She administered subcutaneous and oral medications and was able to update us about our pets' condition during our vacation. She even offered advice about my medication set up and drew me a diagram after my return. Melissa is a class act!

Phoebes Pampered Pets is the greatest!!! I can enjoy my vacations knowing that they are getting the best care. We love getting cute pictures of them while we are away. Melissa cares about each pet and is sure to tend to each of their personalities. They go above and beyond during each stay and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Melissa was wonderful. She took a great deal of time to understand what our special needs were. Our older dog needed medications given three times a day at specific times. She is kind, considerate, trustworthy and obviously cares very much about the dogs under her care. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who would prefer to keep their dog at home while away. Also, if your dog needs special care in terms of medicine or monitoring you can rest assured that Melissa is very knowledgeable and dependable.

Very reliable petsitter! Our go-to petsitter closed their business and I was desperate to find a petsitter we could depend on. I was looking for someone who was professional and had good reviews. Phoebe's Pampered Pets definitely came through. Sheena (an RVT like the owner) was wonderful. One of our cats who usually hides when strangers come over didn't hide, which was really nice to see. Phoebe's was very professional; they checked in a week before we left and sent updates while we were gone. I'm a very happy client and will use them again.
